Ideally centrally situated for exploring the many delights of Arran. Local shops and amenities are situated in the nearby village of Blackwaterfoot. There are two hotels in the village, one of which has a swimming pool open to non-residents. The valley also boasts riding stables and various prime fishing sites. Shiskine golf course, a 12 hole course which has cult status in the golfing world, borders the expansive sands of Blackwaterfoot beach.
The holiday cottage comprises
two double bedrooms, one of which is a twin, kitchen-dining room, lounge, shower room and reception hall. The cottage has underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a utility area to the rear of the cottage with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a drying green in the back garden.
The lounge is fully furnished with television and stereo. The centrepiece of the living room area is a Swedish made logfire - this fuels the underfloor heating in both the lounge and bedroom areas. The cottage is double glazed throughout and has air conditioning and central heating. There is off-road parking to the front of the cottage and a secluded garden to the rear complete with garden furniture.
